Legacy Hills Church exists to empower families to make Jesus the highest priority.
Celina has tripled in population over the past five years. There is already a need for more churches to reach these new families with the gospel, but the future growth intensifies this need. A community that is growing needs a church positioned to grow with it.
Legacy Hills Church is a new church in Celina that launched in August 2023 in Celina’s Moore Middle School.
As families move to Celina to build a legacy in their children, we want to connect them to an eternal legacy. We also want to be a church that sacrificially serves the growing needs of the people of Celina. We want Celina to be a better place because of Legacy Hills Church and influence the future of this growing community.

Our Values
The Bible is True
We believe that there is no voice that people need to hear more than the voice of God though His Word. It is eternal, relevant, and reliable. It speaks to every area of our lives. The Bible is the foundation of all we do as a church.
People are Important
God loves people. It’s our heart to bring the gospel to every person, every home, and every family. We want to introduce Jesus to every person in the city of Celina.
Service is our Ministry
We want to serve the city and meet the needs of people. Jesus has given His church a mission to share the gospel and to be His hands and feet. Jesus and the early church met real needs as they proclaimed truth.
Families are the Backbone
The family is the backbone of our culture and of a city. The church is a family. Together, we want to be a family that helps families that will build a legacy that will last until Jesus returns.
What We Believe
The Baptist Faith and Message is the Southern Baptist Convention’s confession of faith. It summarizes key Southern Baptist thought in the areas of the Scriptures (Bible) and their authority, the nature of God as expressed by the Trinity, the spiritual condition of man, God’s plan of grace and salvation, the purpose of the local church, ordinances, evangelism, Christian education, interaction with society, religious liberty, and the family. Legacy Hills Church affirms the Baptist Faith and Message 2000.
Legacy Hills Church is affiliated with the North American Mission Board (NAMB), Collin Baptist Association (CBA), Denton Baptist Association (DBA), Southern Baptist of Texas Convention (SBTC), and the Southern Baptist Convention (SBC)
