Our Beliefs

Our Mission

Legacy Hills Church exists to build a legacy of reaching people, building families, and changing the world to the glory of God.

What We Value

Jesus

We exist to glorify Jesus Christ. He is the only way to salvation. Exalting Jesus and making Him known are our highest priorities.

The Bible

We believe that there is no voice that people need to hear more than the voice of God though His Word. It’s eternal, relevant, and reliable. It speaks to every area of our lives. The Bible is the foundation of all we do as a church.

People

God loves people. It’s our heart to bring the gospel to every person, every home, and every family. We want to introduce Jesus to every person in the city of Celina.

Service

We want to serve the city and meet the needs of people. Jesus has given his church a mission to share the gospel and to be his hands and feet. Jesus and the early church met real needs as they proclaimed truth.

Families

The family is the backbone of our culture and of a city. The church is a family. Together, we want to be a family that helps families that will build a legacy that will last until Jesus returns.

What We Believe

The Baptist Faith and Message is the Southern Baptist Convention’s confession of faith. It summarizes key Southern Baptist thought in the areas of the Scriptures (Bible) and their authority, the nature of God as expressed by the Trinity, the spiritual condition of man, God’s plan of grace and salvation, the purpose of the local church, ordinances, evangelism, Christian education, interaction with society, religious liberty, and the family. Legacy Hills Church affirms the Baptist Faith and Message 2000.

Legacy Hills Church is affiliated with the North American Mission Board (NAMB), Collin County Baptist Association (CCBA), Southern Baptist of Texas Convention (SBTC), and the Southern Baptist Convention (SBC)
